SAMSARA is a non verbal documentary, directed by Ron Fricke and produced by Mark Magidson. It was filmed over four years in 25 countries around the world. The film was shot in 70 mm format and then output to digital format. It is one of only a handful of films to be shot on 70mm in the last forty years. Samsara transports us to the varied worlds of sacred grounds, disaster zones, industrial complexes, and natural wonders. The film premiered at the 2011 Toronto International Film Festival and received a limited release in August 2012.
